Re: F.A.O.: 3WE

3BS, Sort of: We, in flyover want our international airport to have, umm.... purple planes . No_Soy Carlos: Fixed . Well, of course we want purple planes- I can see the airport fence bowing inward as liverypervs snap away hoping for that one perfect shot that the snobby screeners will not be able t...

Re: THERE HAS BEEN A [SORT OF] NEAR TOTAL HURRICANE DISASTER!!!!!

I concur- I have some friends there- one in a rural area with some age/health issues. The place does not have great infrastructure. And, I've come to learn that the problem isn't that you have a horrible windstorm and lose your roof. (and PR has great drainage, too)- but the WIDE SPREAD DISRUPTON of...

THERE HAS BEEN A [SORT OF] NEAR TOTAL HURRICANE DISASTER!!!!!

Ok, I see a lot of PREVIOSLY-ALREADY trashed aircraft in the picture, but still, rather sad to see them more-trashed.

Professor 3WE, there : 4. They have purple liveries. That alone is a good enough reason to have more WOW aeroplanies everywhere , but there is no need to get all professorial . Did Foxtrot feel a little jab regarding the hub and spoke system- I did not check back? I am most excited as WOW is also g...

To the best of my knowledge, John Deere 6000 series tractors are still 6000.

My 6400 and 6410 did not have auto steer. Good hand to eye coordination and perspective for lateral alignment were important, but I had many years and hours.

Still, what is your opinion of the fees for these services? If I buy a link for JetPhotos and get one for Airliners .net instead (with their laxer rules and screeners) , I will be royally pissed-off and calling the media . Maybe even punching your agents . I am paying for good photography , Not_for...

Dude, You really need to quit being so narrow minded! Everything (about the aircraft at least) in that photo is easily explained: ... But the livery is clearly Photoshopped... Noted. However, I hope you would concur that there is excessive foreground clutter, overly soft focus, and a bad color hist...

No, but there was still a lot of consternation and argument in the freight-transport community, centering around the performance characteristics of different varieties of swallow. I wonder: A) What are the differences in V1, V2, VR, V3BS , etc. between an unladen swallow and a fully laden one. B) W...

The eastward trip was cancelled when the Hi Fly A340 had engine trouble and was grounded for several days. But they still had 50% more working engines than most planes ! Not a valid reason for a cancellation  . Probably something in the procedures ... Heck, you know, in a 747 , you just keep ...

There is much talk there on how we should solve this, with the normal call that FMS HAL-9000 MUST monitor the stupid pilots and that we need better type specific training and procedures. The blue line of silence seems rather firm- this only happens one in a bazillion times (like the overly-long take...
