It seems that several total passenger/air disasters could have been avoided with the use of a mighty 747 instead of crappy little E-170s, BAe 146s, etc . Food contamination: -I would completely ban crewmembers from eating and drinking from 24 hours before flying until after the landing. That would also limit the " one pilot goes to the bathroom and the other crashes the plane " risk (but I would still force them to wear diapers, just in cas...

There are some electric , somewhat phallic looking devices made especially for the task. The most popular are/were the Panasonic s, at least here (but the competition from cheap composite chinese crackerboxes has increased lately, and some of them have interchangeable... heads? cartridges? for trimm...
