Re: The Government is Here to Help Us

I was on a SW flight to Las Vegas, which got diverted to Ontario, CA due to weather. Oh, and BTW, Happy Birthday. Not for this year, but for last year. This year's Happy Birthday greeting will be in December of 2015, in keeping with Boeing's delivery schedules.

The liver of most carnivores and omnivores can be toxic to humans. High levels of Vitamin A, I seem to recall?

Re: FAO Per

Polar bears. Discuss.
They are whitish/yellowish and close to beer. They are also very cuddly and may be approached provided you sing the Norwegian national anthem while offering them a piece of whale meat.
Per
Are you talking about polar bears or Norwegian women?

Re: 737 End-of-flight structural break-up.

I suggest tossing one of those annoying, crying babies off the wing first to ascertain engine thrust velocity. Your usual overweight pax is not sufficient to give you a good feel for your potential landing zone.

Re: 737 End-of-flight structural break-up.

After repeated viewings of the video, it appears that the nose gear collapsed upon landing, and the aircraft skidded at least 2,000 ft down the runway.

Everything else aside, this is all about politics and money. You can pick the order. All this faux outrage is just the magician's hand that you focus on as the coin magically changes places.
