Great precedent.
When is the first famine expected at Everett, before or after the internecine massacre?
I have no idea what any of that means, but I like the sound of it.

I see. So your information is 4 to 5 years old. And it's on your hard disk.

Would also like to find out more about these anorexic wing box thingies.

Boeing expertise speeding up 787 partners Seattle Times 06/11/2008 Author: Dominic Gates (Copyright 2008) CHARLESTON, S.C. — The two factories planted here to build big Boeing 787 Dreamliner fuselage sections began as a disastrous experience in outsourcing. Re: A350 troubles, the latest news..

I don't wanna bash the B787, but Airbus needs to see they don't get into that aircraft's weight problem region (6%), as it does not only look bad, but puts enormous pressure on the design teams and may lead to "second order" problems like the wing box being anorexic.

I bet they do though, despite themselves, and I bet it's a disaster.
Indeed, it would have the potential for turning into A TOTAL AIR DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!

Re: A350 troubles, the latest news..

Why limit themselves to plagiarizing Boeing's wing spars? Why not also copy Boeing's wing panel (skins and stringers) design? And while they're at it, copy the 787 wing's overall aerodynamic shape? Wait, they've already done that....

I wish the media wouldn't use the word 'occupied' so often when talking about large numbers of Germans.
The invasion of Poland was merely a political expedient. You see, they wanted to be invaded.

Sorry Verbal, don't have my 737 model numbers memorized. High-bypass "runway scraper" engines as opposed to the old PW's. No winglets. That could have been a 737-300 or a 737-700 that hasn't been retrofitted with winglets yet. Early-build 737NG's had a main landing gear shimmy problem und...

Re: Saturn/Opel/Vauxhall Astra

GM probably had the Saturn version in the pipeline before the dollar went south. They are doubtless selling each one at a loss. The MSRP on a vehicle has little to do with its cost of manufacturing. Rather, pricing is based on what the competition is selling their products at within that segment. Is...
