FANTASTIC!

Really well done show, and entertaining at least to an aviation buff. Even to the general public there was healthy bouts of drama and such, as good or better than the other series (Deadliest Catch/Ice Road Truckers)

Though I am not an aviation buff like most on this forum, I too really enjoyed the show. It was interesting and informative without being melodramatic. Of course, its only the first show of the season...I'm sure there will be some subplots as time progresses.

All I can say is, the TV crew is onboard during an emergency, and the "Picture" of the runway when those guys broke out of cloud was far from "perfect" definately added some real-life drama to pilots watching the show.

Yes there have been many, overall its a great show, but a quick summary:

They go flying a lot, cargo can't get to destinations because it's -40 below and they don't operate at this company when that cold (don't blame them) lots of changing tailwheels and engine parts in howling open ramps, some hot girlfriends, ice fishing, ramp guys slaving to get a pilot job, couple of overshoots in extreme crosswinds, CL-215's sold to Turkey, Crews gearing up to fly them in formation trans-atlantic to deliver them to Turkey, planes loaded with fuel bladders, next episode we follow them across.
