Also: I'm anxiously waiting for the opportunity to use my new favourite English phrase, "I hate to pee in your cornflakes".
Repeat after me: "My hovercraft is full of eels."

the more I read LSD-744's stuff, the more I think my intentional misspelling has a major portion of truth.
I for one do not see where the confusion becomes blue cheese.

Airplanes, in spite of all our efforts, still occasionally fall from the sky. Yet pigs cannot fly!

What does this mean for us? Nothing that a warm towel could not solve.

Indeed!

I have the airport locked in on the GPS, and the descent profile vs. miles to go is brilliantly clear in my mind (it's so clear, it's almost like synthetic vision/HUD) we'll break out at 10 ft AGL, flare and land on the grass airport in this high-dollar twin turboprop...sniff sniff (double meaning intended).

Now, the sad part, is that I think your post imitating LSD-744 actually has some coherence, in contrast to his posts.

Amazing how a little open mindedness and humour can result in conversations that are much more intelligent and fun.

bong-like burner cans
Seeing the conversation there, my current suspicion of the facts behind this incident is:

-Unapproved recreational use from part of the cabin crew of the engine's bong-like burner cans, leading to intoxication.

Should I be worried that I find this livery attractive?

Am I so fed up of dull, boring white planes that anything different gets my attention? Am I spending too much time there and being slowly transformed into another jetperv? Or should I come out of the closet and proudly accept my taste for lurid liveries?

I'm all about the middle-ground-gray-area as opposed to black and white thinking...

We should be free to like and dislike liveries...

...as long as that does not dominate our participation in aviation fora.

I remember my WOW airlines Flight report quite well:

http://airdisaster.info/10/viewtopic.ph ... 83&p=65581

I liked the livery (I do not_see the snide grin on your jetphoto- and hope that does not cross the line into unhealthy over-attention to liveries).

More than the livery, I liked the clean interior of the plane, but mostly I liked the hosties. :D

I don't really like yellow, but again I find its horridly lurid livery to be kind of attractive and way better than boring eurowhite. Maybe I caught the Braniff Syndrome from Not_Dad :| .

Don't like flying bananas, or dildos. Will be flying Rudolph tomorrow morning @06:00 hrs, meaning wife requires PTD 01:00 hrs sharp.
ETA OSL @ 03:30 hrs, should give me time to buy some car and aviation magazines, and probably read them before departure.
