You're being modest; her attraction to hirsute creatures evidently extends further than Ursus maritimus. :)

Thanks dude. She's very special indeed. I am very grateful. Somewhat amusingly her parents live in the flightpath for YYZ, the lounge gives excellent views of the underbelly of many planes landing.

You're not far from the very Montana's Restaurant, where a historic meeting once took place.

I find this disturbing...

The spouse-to-be might try to detract from Monchie's duties to all of us to manage this forum, fight off attacks from Mariantink and friends, moderate things and ban people, and make server backups to defend against Kilroy-crashes.

Backups come with the hosting platform, I do have a local backup too. I have not banned anyone since I became admin - I have deleted several hundred spammers, however. Not particularly happy with the lack of new intake on the site re: signups.

... I have same issue with my work. Good product liked by those that use it, the difficulty is doing something to be noticed by new leads. I reckon you'd need an avherald.com type content to attract newbies.

I'm looking for seasoned commentators and individuals with gravitas whose contributions are valuable. Even though the enormous fun that continues to reverberate around here of the golden days (2005-2008) - we need some fresh blood and some useful debate happening. Unfortunately that's not the case increasingly. The challenge is that content attracts participants of value, and without personalities to create that content, you're in a bit of a bind.

Congratulations!

But... I'm surprised nobody here has asked several important questions. Specifically: what type of a/c will you be on during the honeymoon, is it (they) made of cheap composites, and have you received written assurance that the pilot(s) will not pull up relentlessly?

But seriously... congrats.
