I recently visited Ramiro in Lisbon, which is unquestionably one of the world's essential cuisine destinations. The place was so good I went twice the space of four days. They major heavily on salty, large portions of extremely fresh seafood - king, giant and tiger prawns, clams, sea snails, goose barnacles, crab and large quantities of various types of lobster; rock / spiny and some clawed. The place is very, very packed and even semi-industrial in feel but the quality of food is astonishing and the prices are reasonable. Highly reccommended.

Nothing wrong with wanting to try penguin. Expect it to taste like stale cod liver oil. Might work if left in a vinegar solution for a few weeksI know it's wrong but I really want to try penguin.

I was there visiting a very good friend and his wife in 2012 who were with the US gov. The place is absolutely in the middle of nowhere. Massively industrial/commerce. Crazy place.I u derstand Lisbon, but what the hell were you doing in Shenyang? Hope it was more civilised now than when I visited early nineties.
