It's also ironic that had Chris Kilroy kept good backups (or even made an effort to restore a mediocre backup), Monchavo might not_be moderating this forum, but perhaps that 'other NSFW' type of website that is often mentioned as a way to increase traffic here.

Of course, it was quite fun to watch the AD.com crowd meet the JP.com crowd...something of a culture clash- Aviation fans vs. Folks with a perverted need to have their nice jet-pictures rejected for the 1-in-100 chance to be placed in the coveted database.

Update- I figured out what I was trying to say, and my post above is wrong.

-If Chris Kilroy had kept backups, and restored ad.com, then, ad.info probably would not have launched (speculative, but very likely)

-If there were no ad.info site, Monchavo would not_be moderating ad.info (again speculative, but extremely likely)

-If Monchavo were not_moderating ad.info, he would instead, be moderating a she-male porn site. (more speculation, perhaps unlikely, but whimsical and in the vein of our special humor).

-And, a dose of ironing in it all.
