Are you Brian?

The more I look at the photo, I think it sucks as the fertilizer is pretty much obliterated by foreground clutter.

Young 3BS spent some time here.

I THINK this photo would be of the Flyover Not_International Airport. and I see no parallel taxiway between the runways.

It was most cool in the Early 80's with them using both runways for multiple takeoffs and landings. Roughly every four hours there'd be one of those near-total-disaster go-arounds.

Cropping is bad and I find the Ford Galaxy and the departing aircraft to be distracting clutter.

However, creepy photographers and security have ruined all of this.

Same location...previous photo looking SE down runways 12.

THIS photo looking more Southerly.

Ozark Airlines corporate office (still there trapped against runway 11-29 with most of the beautiful trees destroyed in nature-killing urban growth efforts.

It's interesting how airports have largely done away with the huge erector-set approach light standards to runways.

The picture is another reminder (redundant) of how it sucks that they did away with the photo-perv parking lot at Flyover International. (Regular folks enjoy WATCHING noisy old jets fly by WITHOUT the need for cameras). There's an even better area on the NE side, a huge sound-arresting berm...you can stand on it and look DOWN on the 30R touchdown zone....Posted with no trespassing signs. :-(

1. See photo below and please supply appropriate criticism.

2. Flight report. I got juice AND coffee and TWO packets of cookies AND I didn't died. (Actually the flight was extremely lightly loaded and I enjoyed seats D, E and F to myself. This was NOT_a 737 Max so I could not test the Lav Sinks.

3. Of much significance is that the MD-11 is a FedEx that was probably operated by In the Shade at some point. The pilots seemed to demonstrate sheer genius as they held short of the runway.

Horizon unlevel.
Dark/Underexposed.
Blurry/out of focus.
Vignetting not allowed.
Probably dirty and window reflections.

You should be ashamed of yourself and never ever take another picture of anything again.

Did it have cigar stains around the cockpit windows?

Ouch :? 8-) :(

While all true, I thought it was kind of cool and included a cool aeroplanie and pretty sunrise.

Maybe I’ll burn my iPhone.

Of course the crappy AA customer service didn’t clean the windows. But at least we didn’t go technical at a Canadian airbase.

But JP.net does not take into account coolness or beauty, only image quality 8-).

You could have saved some trouble buying a Galaxy Note 7 :P

The girl is my paternal grandmother, the boy is her brother, the couple at the left are my great-grandparents, the woman in black with white scarf is Carola Lorenzini.

In this page's "Carola & Friends" section you can see the same picture, with a description by one of my great uncles... AND I DIDN'T KNEWEDED ANYTHING OF THIS UNTIL LAST SUNDAY  .

Fascinating.
Not_Karl's Wiki Link:

In 1941, Carolla crashed and did died while doing a cowgirl improvised inverted loop (not_following type specific procedures after an aircraft swap) and Not_Karl's great grandparents and paternal grandmother established a movement to ban all aeroplanies that spans four generations and is still active today.

No, I started the movement myself, without knowing of this tragedy. Probably genetic memory.

Flyover in the 1970s

-Awesome historic aeroplanies (but no props) :D & ( :( ), respectively.
-No jet bridges. The gates are level with the ramp and you climb mobile steps to board.
-The gate concourses have been changed significantly- center concourse shortened and currently not in use. East and West concourses now bend to be parallel to the runway, not perpendicular.
-Parking spots kind of roomy, some even suggest no need for pushback

Additional note to Not_Karlie: There is a high likelihood that there are FH-227's parked just off the right side of this photo.

Also of note is the lack of mothballed 737 Minilavs.

The viewing platform at Flyover National airport...

Gates on the ground level, no jet bridges. This is effectively Concourse B. The viewing was closed in the 60s or 70s, the concourse raised and jet bridges added. Ironingly, it became the turbo prop area and the jet bridges were not_used. Now B is closed.

I hope Not_Karl likes the aeroplanie.

The flyover terminal is also one dome short.

Evan may have disdain for the boarding school procedure

He does!
It reminds me of AEP's viewing platform, a little Not_Karlie LOVED it until its closure in the early '90s    (and disctinctly remembers the disappointment when it happened and the hope that it would reopen...). No Connies, but a lot of lovely, beautifully sounding 727s, 737-200s, DC-9s and lil' Not_Karlie's favourite BAC 1-11s. Not_parents usually told me to cover my ears, I of course cowboyishly disregarded procedure and didn't comply. Why shoud I, the sound was the best part!! :D :D Ah, the memories...
Lil' Not_Karlie also liked very much to watch spinning propellers.

If I send this to JetPictures, will the forum crash?...And should I send it with that exact intent?

I see roughly 20 instances of foreground clutter, background clutter, bad cropping, not level, focus...

The photograph is awesome for us aeroplanie lovers...for the children, there...no, but who cares.

PS: 3BS stole this from someone's Facebook, who I THINK stole it from a magazine article...

Shame it would be rejected on bot JetPhotos.net and LadderPhotos.net because of the mutual clutter :(

That would be the pinnacle of ironing... an aircraft photo being rejected because there are too many aircraft in it.
