Do you plan Dubai anything while you're there?
BiggieClivie's video immediately came to my mind when reading that question  . I want those lamps so badly! The ones available here are almost Boeing-level crap  .

Aren't they gorgeous? I love the one with 12 elements in it! It's like an oldskool one with bloody loads of tungsten crammed in...! The only downside is that they're not dimmable - which is pretty disappointing, but I can see why they did it that way.

For those of you who have no idea what we're talking about, may I introduce BigClive of bigclive.com, Isle of man Dwelling Electrician of Glasweigan descent. Extremely talented reverse engineer, lighting specialist and LED afficionado. Clive's extraordinary talent for taking consumer electronics, particularly lighting circuits, and reverse engineering them, then expaining them on camera, is a joy to behold.

Enjoy.

Greetings from the land of Covid. I'm on day number 8 with it so far and feeling better.
Anyway, a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all! Sorry I'm one of those guys that's registered here but rarely stops in or contributes. Lots going on in life these days. Hope you're all well!
I beat it. Had no symptoms. None.
My wife and I were both sick with it, but are much better now. I still get fatigued pretty easily. Someone we know around our age died from it a couple weeks ago. Strange how varied the symptoms, or lack thereof are from one person to the next.
I went to prison for murder, but I stayed for the chili!

I've been ordering dessert first just in case.

Aww, I still love ya Monchie! Also I'm not dead yet from the Rona so... winning?
Apart from you, the only person I have heard describe it as that is the eldest son of the soon-to-be-former-President
Me and half-scoop have never been seen together either. Curious.
May a plethora of uncultivated palaeontologists raise the dead in a way that makes your blood boil
