Without the oil wealth, I'm not so sure that Norway could afford the luxury of voting No.....Every time we have a referendum, and the resultant advice is "No to Eu", we consider it a victory.

We said no in '72 when we could hardly be accused of being oil wealthy. We've said nay ever since.
