Conservatives out

Postby ZeroAltitude » Mon Mar 28, 2011 9:17 am

First Fukushima fallout in Germany:
In an important regional election, the conservatives and the liberals lost after 58 years in power.
The green party will take over the regional government in Baden-Wurttemberg.
The dabete preceding the election was dominated by the Fukushima events in the last two weeks, and before that by a rather harebrained mulibillion-Euro project to rebuild the main railway station of Stuttgart.

While the guy who's going to run the regional government seems to be a decent enough chap, I'm curious as to the rest of it.

I take it, NSDAP wasn't on the ballot?

If they stick "Green" in front of NSDAP, they would garner the youth vote.
