Ash in the Holes

With this current fuss around ash entering engines will there be a change in the maintenance to the aircraft who may have flown in that area recently?

The engines will probably be inspected for signs of excessive erosion or dust accumulation. It's also quite likely that they will check the compressors and/or turbines with an endoscope for crud on the blades.

It is a real time saver when you have to prepare the Ritz cracker, Cheese Whiz and olive slice hors d'œuvres.
