Redirects

Hi guys... is it possible to turn off redirects (I think that's what they're called)?
For example, when you submit a post, you have to go through a pointless screen which says 'Your post has been submitted'. Similar with PMs. On vBulletin, this can be turned off, so your post is submitted and you're returned to the thread / your PM is sent and you're returned to your inbox.
