Yes. Mk XIV and higher.
One of the Spits with five-blade props that were present used to sport a double contra-rotating prop until early this year (Christophe Jacquard's plane).
It had been restored using a Griffon engine cannibalised from an Avro Shackleton which had contra-rotating props.
It has been equipped with a standard five-blade this spring.
I've read contradicting sources - some claimed that there were no Spits originally equipped with contra-rotating props, others claim that a small series of 200-odd planes had them.

The Bf 109 started out with a British engine.
Because the DB-601 engine wasn't available yet, Messerschmitt used a Rolls Royce Kestrel engine for the prototype.
That was before the war of course (roughly at the same time the Hurricane and the Spitfire were developed, c. 1935 - 1938).

At Legends, they displayed a Merlin (with a prop in place) mounted on a flatbed carriage that they started up several times.
They revved it up and you could hear that sound all over the airfield. Heaven ...

As a precaution, I changed the ringtone on my mobile phone before I arrived at Duxford (changed it back as soon as I was home again). Because my ringtone is that of a Griffon starting up (Christophe Jacquard's Spit with the contra-rotating prop).... I figured I wouldn't be able to tell if it was a call for me or a real Griffon/Merlin ...
