Not sure about the adjective "sort of".

Very cool and creepy picture...one very hot bearing there!

I ass-ume that's what lead to the spinner falling off, and I'm guessing we are seeing things wind milling.

Not sure what to think of that bright orange glow...I guess it's not too likely to set something else on fire.

I guess I'm glad I wasn't there...faith in the extreme reliability of jet engines (for the remaining one) was hopefully of very slight comfort.

Good Lord...such cowboy improvisation!

You also must duct-tape the spinner cone back in place! :roll:

Plus, I'm thinking some white lithium grease is more in order...these jet aeroplanie engines spin at several billion RPM.

I think you are the cowboy improviser here. Duct tape is for aerodynamic and pressurization repairs, SOP -and common sense- is to super-glue the spinner.
