SAS Falling Apart

And their planes too.

February last year, crown prince and princess aboard and she is a foffer. Good thing it didn't happend inflight. Then again we would have reduced the number of parasites in Norway by two.

What is a plausible explanation for this?
One possibility might be:

Slight imbalance -> high cycle fatigue loading as the engine runs

I doubt the engine would be looking this good if it had happened during a flight.
