Apparently 16 souls on board, and reports of a pre crash fire.

Interesting list of alcohol issues, a sloppy-sounding fuel exhaustion incident, and lots of business issues...1 + 1 + 1 = 16.

Evan needs to develop some sort of database to track all of this sort of stuff, truly sad that this guy stayed in business and possibly killed 16 folks (although there's no hard proof of negligence here.)
