737 does not need DCAS to go diving (in the water)

Per usual, folks there are waaaaay over analyzing it waaaaaaay to soon...

...and proposing fixes to the fixes with a wondrously serious tones.

I imagine it's DMIA (Dual Momentary InAttention)- but I too should wait for the final report.

Yeah, procedurally, it probably should not have happened.

Neither should I have fallen off my bicycle that time either.

If there's a little discussion to be had, great, but hopefully no circle [non-family-oriented-verb-noun]

If you chose to carry on with unstabilized cycling and disregarded several warnings from your PWS (Parent Warning System), then I hope that you received intense physical punishment after your completely avoidable Total Bicycle Disaster.

After reading the Avherald stuff, my primary response is, 'wow, they missed numerous indications that the descent had quickly gone to hell, and they probably should have done the dreaded go around.'

And then why/how could it happen? I guess I like Gabieee's theory that perhaps they both locked in on some visual trickery- yeah one dude should have been on instruments, and the seeming deafness to bitching Bob/Betty is eye-rolling.

While I wonder if there was tunnel vision to deal with storm turbulence- I'd think one would be cocked and ready for a downdraft/speed loss and therefore quick to detect the excursion below the glide path?

And, didn't we already solve this one a while back?
