Timetable for ORD reconfiguration/expansion.

Does anyone know a timetalbe for the reconfiguration of ORD to a multi-paralell, east-west affair.

I did some Wikipedia reading, and while I found how to get out of coffin corner, the timeline stuff on ORD was vague.

I think it mentioned a new runay opening in 2008, but last I knew, construction on that runway hadn't started....(While the ATL runway re-build and the new ATL runways were incredible, if they haven't started, I don't see them finishing.).

And then what are other timetables to build the other runways.

I repsect that there's big time political/NIMBY/anti-progress issues out their ears, but any gustimate of when they'll start and finish the new runways would be interesting to hear.
