I saw a few rudder reversals, AND it appeared that there was inadequate aileron input as the upwind wing lifted up, imparting who-knows-what side loads on the gear!

Just what is it that pilots are being trained?!?!?

Fortunately; however, he did NOT_engage in one of those flyby's that no one has ever trained for...

That's nothing... he also didn't use his turn signal!

One does wonder how resilient those big tundra tires are to lateral loads, if they add drag and change the handling characteristics of the plane during critical phases of flight, and if pilots get proper training on this issues.
