Did the dispatcher make the pilot fly when the pilot knew it would be rough on the cargo?
The PR department certainly pulled out all the minimizing adjectives and talking points.
Has the pilot just landed a new (and guaranteed) job? OR, is he now looking?

Edit: I reread the article- sounds like an official pilot report to flight service followed by the weather office doing the tweeting...
