Apparently DFW and DAL (or some of their airlinees) made proactive decisions to cease "normal operations" and keep lots of planes away from a FORECAST of potentially severe storms with lots of hail this week.
I have ZERO Evan criticism, but will comment that this seems a LITTLE bit new- at least to do this in such a proactive and publicized manner.
I'm sure that hail dings are extra expensive to fix on aeroplanies, and you have to protect rampies from lightning, and then you have all the holding patterns and passengers hitting the FA call button because they know Bobby won't fly into red returns...It would most certainly have been ugly.
I am guessing this may be a combination of new improved weather forecasting and a realization that your are extremely likely to be messing folks travel plans over ANYWAY...the snowstorm thing was always interesting as things USED to function...just poorly vs. the
I still laugh at whoever was calling the shots at Flyover a few years ago when all the TV weather stations were in storm mode ALL AFTERNOON tracking a tornadic thunderstorm AS IT CROSSED THE STATE AND AIMED AT THE AIRPORT...No problem: folks on planes...folks sitting in front of big glass windows. That was a fumble, not really an AIRLNE fumble...but still, I'm guessing some airline peons knew that the local news was tracking the spinning super cell and said to themselves, let them sit in the gate and board 'em up...I don't need a butt chewing from a young MBA continual-improvement know-it-all...

I like how:
Ferocious wind and rain: People having fun watching, taking stormphotos-and-videos behind A WALL OF GLASS.
Employee tells people to get out from there: Screams, cries, despair, prayers, OH MY GOD WE'RE ALL GONNA DID DIEEEEEEE!
(Plot twist: It was not a tornado but BBie testing his four big, powerful engines)

Indeed, AND IRONINGLY it was basically OVER WITH when the “take cover” orders were given.I like how:

Probably not.(Plot twist: It was not a tornado but BBie testing his four big, powerful engines)
1. Bobieee does not fly into red radar returns.
2. This is Fly-OVER fake-international airport...Bobby would have been at FL 3600000 or something.
(However, an important status update- we have just as many purple aeroplanie flights as most other US Uber-Hubs!)

No tornadoes or airoplanies out the window today. Hoping for proper flap deployment and proper functioning of the curved upper wing surfaces.

Gabieee- look at the roof on this place, and ponder the tornado winds which we’re predominantly left to right.Rejected due to: Not level.
Not quite a GA(W)-1, but I bet it “wanted” to fly that night (maybe MCAS saved the day?)

But a previous tornado appears to have left the place tipped over ...No tornadoes or airoplanies out the window today.

I'm currently reviewing your appeal and have discovered that, when opened in a new tab, the image appears upright. But there there is still the ban-worthy inclusion of the logo of a dangerous blacklisted airlinie.I’m TRYING to be ARTISTIC...are you both Brianie?Gabieee and Not_Karliee trashing 3WEEEs not_jetphoto

Not to mention that the horizon is in the bottom 25% of the frame and the airplane of the plane is obstructed.
