An Ukrainian Air Force An-26 transport plane with 28 Air Force personnel on board crashed next to a highway very close to the Chuguev military airport, apparently when it was about to land.
22 persons confirmed dead so far, 4 are missing, 2 are critically injured with burns on 90% of their bodies. (Unfortunately the prospect is not good neither for the missing ones nor for the injured ones).
From the little that could be seen of the plane in the video included in the news article (apparently taken from a car on the highway), the plane can be seen engulfed in a fiery fire but seems to be otherwise relatively intact except the nose, although I don't know how much was much left after the fire.
