That's a pretty brave project to start, Robert, given the economic situation and renewed doubts about the viability of the Vulcan.

Indeed, I won't hold my breath.
The last I heard of XH558 was that they were going to mothball her, unless of course some sponsor should suddenly jump to the rescue.
