300 mph Helo?

Will we soon see one?

Now that F. Piasecki is not pushing for speed anymore, maybe this design (http://www.challis-heliplane.com/v3/animation.php) has future? Or has the Osprey closed that gap?

What do you guys think?

Pretty cool idea. Will be interesting to see where the project goes. I can't imagine it would be too stable at those high speeds, though.
