Sorry, but I am not with you on that:

State(s) have had some 60+ yrs to get going to honor their heroes or fallen, they didnt. Now that there is money in it, they get moving, suddenly.

Hyprocrisy topped out (Spain didnt move for 500yrs+ for one of its ships, now that it turns out a privateer made 1800 millions out of one he was searching for 20+ yrs spenidng 50M they claim it is state´s property because of the flag and the honor that goes with it and the rremains of the mariners, etc., basically the same: Hypocrisy, or plain cyninsm).

That's all true, but they should still be working with the salvagers.

That's all true, but they should still be working with the salvagers.
The problem is its hard to work with the salvagers that got there 20 years ago and have already renovated the plane!
