Hopefully never,
Only about 5% of home computers can run MSFSX at 100% graphics, and most product developers still are not caught up with FSX.
I have a 2.6GHZ Quad core, with Dual 512MB Video cars, 4GB of ram, and a Terrabyte harddrive, and even I can only run the game smoothly on "High" Not Ultra High
