Another government Learjet down in Mexico

This time a Learjet 23, of the government of the Mexican State of Tlaxcala. 2 people dead.

Speculations and a lot of discussions about how the government hires pilots and maintenance to their aircraft. A couple of flying schools and maintenance businesses closed because of the Learjet 45 accident where the Secretary of Government (Juan Camilo Murilo) died in an accident some weeks ago, and now there is another one.
