Should all helicopteries have ejectable rotors and ballistic parachutes? Should I make crude drawings of this and present them there as a revolutionary idea to make Not_fixed-wing-aviation safer? (I'm missing that kind of posts...)
The one that came down in Norway couple of years ago seems to have been equipped with only one of the features you propose.

The Thais have chosen tomorrow, Friday 13th, to send me offshore again.

Fortunately I am not superstitious - as it brings bad luck. ;) :roll:
