Ludicrous livery

Postby Rabbi O'Genius » Wed May 16, 2018 6:51 am

For the first time, I'll be on a NOK Air flight (DD7113, HDY to DMK) in a few hours time.
They do have a rather striking livery.....

Surprisingly I didn't died, so I don't need to report on how crap it was......
I had what they call a "premium" seat, but then so did the two fat guys on either side of me.
.....and they were both convinced that the armrests were included in the price they'd paid.
Still, all the transparent surfaces remained in place and unpunctured,.......
....all the fan blades were appropriately contained throughout the flight....
.....and the torture only lasted an hour and a bit.

I'm almost looking forward to Air Asia tomorrow :o

What a beak. It works on the front, but looks silly in isolation on the tail!

Indeed.

1. Just about anything dealing with aerioplanies is beautiful.

BUT

2. My opinion is that your photos contain much great composition- often multiple aeroplanies in action. Some 1/3 - 2/3 composure, COMFORTABLY and ARTFULLY cropped...All around nice stuff, AND thanks for sharing!

HOWEVER

3. Your photos are rejected for all of the normal, elitist, esoteric, insider JP bullcrap!

You're welcome.

Just before boarding the Nok Air flight, I managed to resist the temptation to visit this lounge at HDY

Indeed; which is perhaps why a rigorous examination of my post will reveal that I cunningly made No_Such affirmation. ;)

Stormy Daniels' lawyer gives a great lesson in "how to appear to call Trump an idiot without actually doing so"
Ms Daniels' lawyer, Mr Avenatti, who has not shied away from publicity over the case or from goading Mr Trump, responded to the president's tweet with his own, writing: "In my experience, there is nothing better in litigation than having a completely unhinged, undisciplined opponent who is prone to shooting himself in the foot."

Just by DTW there is a restaurant called Beirut. It is legendary, I've been eating there for over a decade and with all three of my airlines, best shawarma ever, bar none. The reason I mention them is that they have a custom made wooden sign on the wall. I am attaching a photo where that sign is clearly visible above the counter.

That would be it. Two mistakes in one sign. A custom-made sign!

Either beef or chicken shawarma sandwich to which I sometimes add their lemon chicken soup.
