It's actually good looking and, incredibly, appears to be made of metal :shock: :clap: . Did it It fail because it loved to throw new, previously unknown problems at pilots?

Indeed, good point.
Did it It fail because it loved to throw new, previously unknown problems at pilots?
I suspect it has something to do with the relatively-oversized nose cone.

It probably does not_contain software and therefore no fatal flaws.
