Seems like we need to apply more pier pressure on our elected officials.

Ship departure procedures…

I read where the ship’s initial departure had tug boat assistance or accompaniment, but that when the ship got “up to speed/~9 kts” the tugboats were dismissed.

The pilots apparently “called for them to return” when the power failed, but likely too late for then to rendezvous and do anything.
