Concur:

“Lounge” is an extremely ridiculous description for a plain, nasty, slow, terminal-shuttling, buttocks mover. Obscure god, I hate marketing communication people.

I get the impression that inadequate PSI to the brakes is involved. Or automation.

The inevitable accident investigation could conclude that some sort of automatic braking algorithm should be incorporated into the design along with a cockpit voice recorder, a drive data recorder, a driver cell phone monitor, training and qualification standards, supervisor check rides and auditable records.

I ass-ume, there’s more than 3. We used to have them at flyover to help with some of the longer walks.

I guess times have changed.
