My first thought was how wrong it is flying INTO the building…

…but on second thought, you DID say AD home of the year…

Why isn’t the plane pulling up relentlessly.

Why isn’t the plane pulling up relentlessly.
Because it does Not_have elevators (nor ailerons, nor rudder).
Obviously they were made of cheap composites and snapped-off during previous improvised, cowboyish control inputs including, but Not_limited to, relentless pull-ups and rudder hardovers.

The use case for this is weird.

how many locations will you fly to that have a vista worth staying at the airport for?

extra weight and hassle of the veranda?

very very odd

this strikes me as a marketing option rather than something someone will buy and carry in their plane
