No.

I like AM Conservative talk radio too much.

We should ban all operations below 1000 ft AGL and 3 mi visibility, make all landings manual and use ADF technology for point to point navigation.

We could even establish clear-signal conservative stations at major airports, since the LF network has declined in recent years.

Agree! Ban all take offs and landings!
Operations above 1000ft AGL are permitted, quantum tunneling required.
