Yes, Donkeys were involved.

Donkeys have been blamed for last week’s plane crash in Somalia involving a Kenyan-registered plane.. The drove of donkeys was reportedly grazing on shrubs near the runway when it got frightened by the landing aircraft and run towards its path. The plane veered off the runway, crashed into heaps of sand on the flight strip, and caught fire..
This happened over a year ago. A year ago!

Sorry.
I'm now as disappointed and ashamed of myself as my parents are.

Bull crap!

We are ALL responsible for reporting crashes that individually interest us and then trying to act smart as to how the crash could have been avoided.

Seems to me that you failed in advising the cowboy monkey idiot donkey hearder.

Or perhaps the squid are controlling your mind and blocking you from calling for the appropriate bans.

There seems to be a tension between the Kenyan and Somalians as to whether Donkeys were involved:
The Director of Somalia's Civil Aviation Authority, Ahmed Moalin Hassan categorically denied that a donkey caused the plane crash and while speaking to HOL, questioned the veracity of the author's source.
"I don't know where the Business Daily got their preliminary report from. As someone close to the investigation, I can confirm it is still ongoing, and nothing has been released."

The Director said that he would like to limit his comments until a preliminary report is published but said that early findings could conclusively rule out a donkey was the root cause of the accident.

Sounds to me like there's been some greasing of palms between the donkeys and the investigators. Shameful.

You know, I sometimes wonder if this forum really is a place solely dedicated to discussing donkey related aviation incidents or something else entirely.
You all need to up your game !

Donkeys: smart or stupid?

* You'll have to be, as a final report is not expected on this incident.

It stalled.
So, we wanted the soil to fly by small wings smoothly slicicing through herds of donkeys which are diverted “downward”.

However, in a much-too-typical case, the pilot pulls up relentlessly, exceeding the critical AOA and causing a turbulent tumbling donkey flow and loss of lift.
