I highly recommend the movie "Whisky Romeo Zulu" named after the registration of this airplane (LV-WRZ).
It is a very good movie and has great airplanes footage. It is available on YouTube for a couple bucks (or in its pirate / low quality form for free)

It shows how this airline was operating, and how it was the safety culture (or lack thereof) what really caused this accident, rather than the particular crew that made this particular mistake and exhibited lack of discipline that particular day. An accident like this one was bound to happen, it just happened to happen to this crew that day.
