Are there any unique factors at play in Argentina that contribute to this perceived exceptionalism?

Indeed, there are two: Gabriel and Not_Karl are knowledgeable parlour talkers with years of experience on obscure, but fierce discussion fora.

Not_Karl leads the International Ban All Airplanes Association, while Gabriel focuses on AoA management and Clear(not_ed) to Land methodology.

Yes. Of course it is.

No. Like water being wet, ice being cold or cheap composites being crap, Argentina is exceptional simply because it is. But the United USAs of America obviously Not_including the Free Republic of Texas being clrearly inferior (especially Flyover) may contribute to the perception. Hope this helps.

Would have been way cooler if the aeroplanie passed through the McDonald's Douglas Arch . Maybe they feared interfering with the arch's clearly visible chemtrail nozzles? Or unexpected consequences from the combination of aeroplanie and arch chemtrails?

We have regulations against said Tomteria and unlike_Evan’s viewpoint , the majority of pilots are not_cowboy-monkey improvisers.
