Highly suspicious non-sensical question in a highly suspiciously titled thread (recycling a title previously used) and with a highly suspicious link in the signature.
Re: Argentinian exceptionalism.
Indeed, there are two: Gabriel and Not_Karl are knowledgeable parlour talkers with years of experience on obscure, but fierce discussion fora. Are there any unique factors at play in Argentina that contribute to this perceived exceptionalism?
Not_Karl leads the International Ban All Airplanes Association, while Gabriel focuses on AoA management and Clear(not_ed) to Land methodology.

Re: Argentinian exceptionalism.
Yes. Of course it is.Is Argentina truly exceptional
No. Like water being wet, ice being cold or cheap composites being crap, Argentina is exceptional simply because it is. But the United USAs of America obviously Not_including the Free Republic of Texas being clrearly inferior (especially Flyover) may contribute to the perception. Hope this helps. Are there any unique factors at play in Argentina that contribute to this perceived exceptionalism?
By the way, how's Marinatink doing? Verbie still cries over her.

Nothing better to celebrate our independence than an Air Force parade showcasing our best Russian planes (and call them Hercules)

Fixed, and it gets better: Maybe we (Not_italics) should check every Argie newspaper to see how else they call them.Nothing better to celebrate our independence than an Air Force parade showcasing our antique (perhaps Argie-built, perhaps Not_) American planes (and call them Hercules)

Hercules, Twin Otters, a handful of A4s, Pucará, Tucanos, Sukhoi Su-29, and the Pampa (apparently not seen in the parade?)
Our Air Force is scary indeed!!!
(although we are in the process of buying 24 F-16)

Also a real Independence Day celebration:
Guns, Bibles, Soybeans, access to obscure aviation fora, effervescent leadership!
You Argies got it all, and it’s now clear why we are friends.
