FAO Gabriel

Aviators sit in the shade of their weatherbeaten, fabric-covered biplanes, exchange hangar talk and tell stories of their barnstorming days before they take to the air again and fly toward the setting sun ....

Oh, that vid just seemed to have a proliferation of equations, charts, and graphs. And was long. Prime geek material... 8-)

Eh, not that much. Did you actually watch the video? Several airfoil profiles. One of the airfoil "pages" he shows has some equations but they are just there. A couple of lift-vs-AoA graphs (CL - alpha).

And in the times of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shorts, 14 minutes seems like an eternity, but let me remind you that a Discovery Channel episode was one hour (and they were mostly so bad...).

Geek? Sure. Geek should be a mandatory requirement for pilots. :ugeek:
