OMG it's...

Aviators sit in the shade of their weatherbeaten, fabric-covered biplanes, exchange hangar talk and tell stories of their barnstorming days before they take to the air again and fly toward the setting sun ....

For some reason I thought 747s weren't used in passenger service any more, but maybe that's just US airlines?

Well, it is just US airlines... and many other airlines.

The 747 pax operators are the exception, not the norm.

EDIT: Less of an exception than I thought: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_B ... _operators

Only LH has 744s in pax service anymore. They also have the 747-8i while Korean Air and Air China have only -8i.
