Though I will qualify that with two things (that are sorta the same thing): flying what, maybe 5K feet above mountaintops as shown in that video, gives a way better view than flying 25K+ feet above the mountaintops. And likewise, flying at cruise altitude (Boeing/Airbus cruise altitude, not 172 cruise altitude) above the ocean can be fairly boring.
